Service and Cancellation Policy

The social work services rendered here fall under the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers and their Scope of Practice. Services provided under this agreement may consist of: solution-focused psychotherapy, coaching, psychoeducational learning, skill-building, case-management, advocacy, and/or any other that fall under the Scope of Practice. You also have a right to view your file at any time, and I will be able to assist you in understanding what is available in your file. If you believe that some information about you is incorrect, you can request a change be made. All sessions are by appointment only and will be scheduled through both parties. Please arrive on time, the usual length of an appointment is 50 minutes and we will honour it, however due to scheduling we cannot extend your appointment time. At MindHax, we believe in fairness and understand that life happens fast. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours before) and/or no-show appointments will not be charged, however must have a discussion regarding continued practice or referral to other providers.
